Surfers City Holden operates a Holden Authorised “Master Level” service centre for your vehicle at Ashmore. We operate a state of the art workshop. Our aim is to ensure that your vehicle delivers optimum performance and safety, maximum fuel efficiency and trouble free motoring.
Your vehicle will be looked after by committed professionals and factory trained technicians, creating a service history that will help to maximise the re-sale value of your vehicle. We are happy to provide a fixed price before undertaking any work and we will always check with you before undertaking any further repairs. We are always striving to improve customer satisfaction and leave a brief questionnaire with you after each service for your feedback.
When it comes to servicing your lion, you get what you pay for. Whilst other operators may promise to repair and service your Holden at little cost, only factory recommended service schedules are designed to protect your investment and safety.
Early Bird Service
If you wish to drop off your vehicle outside of normal operating hours please make your booking and then drop your vehicle outside of our Service Centre. A secure key drop box is provided for your convenience.

Lion Park Tour Guide / (Courtesy Vehicle)/Taxi
We operate a courtesy car that will ferry you to work,shops or home within the immediate vicinity of our service centre. Please mention at the time of booking your vehicle that you require this service. We can arrange a taxi for you on our priority hotline. Please ask your service advisor.
Customer Waiting Lounge
Our air conditioned waitinglounge located near the entrance to our Service Centre opposite our Spare Parts Department. It provides a television, newspapers, magazines, refreshments and a complimentary telephone with data facilities and free local calls.
Loan a Lion / (Hire Cars)
Hire cars are available for use by all our customers. If you require this service, please let us know immediately as these vehicles are in strong demand. An insurance recovery fee of $38.50 is applicable for use of the vehicle. You will be required to sign a form specifying your responsibility for traffic and parking fines. We ask that you refuel the car based on the distance you have travelled to avoid further costs for fuel consumption.
Replacement Tyre Service
Have your tyres fitted by the Holden specialists who know your car. We will not be beaten on the price of Bridgestone tyres. Bring in a quote and we will match it.
After Hours Emergency Service
All new Holden Lions come with a 7 day, 24 hour Holden Roadside Assistance for the first year. Simply call 1800 017 100. If you continue to service your Lion with us at least once a year, a second and third year of free Roadside Assistance is available.
